Problem Solving.
สามารถบริหารจัดการและติดตั้ง Oracle Enterprise Manager
Migrate/Upgrade/Apply Patch
Backup/Restore
Operate on windows and Linux platform

• Strong command of SQL and SQL server tools

• PowerShell and Unix shell scripting skills

• Knowledge in databases structure and principles such Oracle, SQL server and other databases software

• Knowledge of database theory and design

• Knowledge of database performance tuning

• Knowledge of database backup and recovery , and database storage management e.g., Oracle RMAN, Oracle ASM, etc

• Knowledge of database replication feature, e.g., Oracle Data Guard, etc

• Knowledge of database HA Feature, e.g. SQL Always on, Oracle RAC

• Good understanding of operating system and storage management e.g., Linux, Unix or Windows

• Communication skills with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical users

• Ability to implement database projects with feature options

Manage Tools Security Patch Management เช่น Symantec Altiris , Bigfix
ศึกษา Patch ของแต่ละ platform เพื่อดูจัดความสำคัญและวิเคราะห์ผลกระทบ
วางแผน Deploy Server Patch ร่วมกับทีมที่เกี่ยวข้องทั้ง System และ Application
จัดทำรายงาน Patch Management
จัดทำ Inventory ของ Server ด้วย Management Tools
Review มาตรฐาน Baseline ของบริษัทอ้างอิง CIS Standard

• OS : Windows Server , Redhat , Susue

Manage and oversee following systems:
- Computer Hardware & Software
- Windows System, Active Directory, E-Mail, Microsoft Skype Server, File Server , Other
- Cloud Service (Microsoft O365, Azure)
- Storage
Monitor, check and report daily system performance
Handle and support users’ request via various channels e.g. Remedy, e-mail and telephone
Patch Management: inspect and update Windows and related Security Patch
System Backup & Recovery: examine daily system backup and handle system recovery
Incident Support aligned with SLA
Problem Management: analyze root cause aligned with SLA
Update System Document
Coordinate with vendors to provide Computer Hardware & Software maintenance and problem solving in case of incidents occurred
Follow standards of ISO and others
Any other tasks assigned by supervisor

• Microsoft Certified (optional)

Experience in SAP BASIS both ABAP & JAVA stacks in many SAP products
SAP ECC, SAP BW/BI, SAP GRC, SAP PI, Fiori, HCM
Database ORACLE, MS SQL, SAP HANA
Operating System : Windows Servers, SUSI Linux,
Manage Coding, Scripting, ABAP and Interface ALE/IDocs.
Performance Tuning, , SAP, SAP Parameter fine tuning table/indexes reorganization,
Database SQL Tracing/tuning update table/index statistics, reduce I/O contention, fine tuning ORACLE parameters, OS and network fine tuning
